Service: 360° camera ball rentals, demos, event logistics, and related customer communications in the Chicagoland area
By opting in to SMS from Air Jester, requesting a demo or quote, booking a rental, or otherwise using our website or messaging program, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Program description
Air Jester may send text messages about:
Demo and quote follow-up
Rental booking confirmations and changes
Delivery, pickup, on-site arrival, and event-day logistics
Footage delivery and support
Occasional promotional or availability updates only if you separately opt in to marketing SMS
Message frequency varies. You will not receive marketing texts unless you give separate, optional consent.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to this messaging program. By providing a mobile number, you represent that you are 18 or older and that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number.
Consent
Consent is obtained through our website forms or other documented opt-in methods. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of renting equipment or receiving a quote.
Consent for service messages (booking, logistics, support) does not automatically cover marketing messages. Marketing SMS requires its own unchecked opt-in.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your wireless plan and carrier. Air Jester does not charge a separate fee to receive our texts.
How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to our number. After we receive STOP, we will send one confirmation text and then stop messages from this program.
To rejoin later, opt in again through our website form or another approved method.
Texting STOP unsubscribes you from SMS. It does not cancel a paid rental. To change or cancel a booking, contact us directly.
Help (HELP)
For help, text HELP to our number, or email / call the same business contact listed on your A2P brand registration and on this website.
Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Wireless carriers and Air Jester are not responsible for incomplete, failed, or delayed delivery caused by network issues, an incorrect number, or your device settings.
Privacy
How we collect, use, and protect information including mobile numbers and SMS consent is described in our Privacy Policy. That policy includes the required statement that mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Prohibited use
You may not use this program to harass others, submit someone else's number without authority, or send unlawful content. We may stop messaging a number if we believe it was submitted in error or used improperly.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date will change when we do. Continued participation in the messaging program after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
